Raising capital and financing

We advise entrepreneurs on a day-to-day basis and help them raise growth capital – through equity and bond transactions, loans and other structures. We provide assistance with business angels’ initial financing as well as with subsequent more complex investment rounds. Our practical advice starts with preliminary assessments, preparation of strategy and information memorandum, and covers the whole process up to the successful transaction completion. In addition to legal services, we assist in developing a growth strategy and finding investors in cooperation with the KPMG Baltics team. We carry out company value assessments, assist with the preparation of pitch decks, the presentation of business ideas and negotiations.

In addition, we have assisted customers in putting together post-investment option packages for management and structuring the taxes associated with international investments and advised on other related areas – IT and IP, data protection, competition law and real estate.
