Kaia's expertise in company law and employment law is enhanced by her international experience, having studied and worked in Germany. She spent a semester at the University of Göttingen and practiced employment law at one of the largest law firms in Germany, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek. Prior to joining KPMG Law, Kaia worked at SORAINEN, a law firm specialising in regional business law.Kaia is not only a skilled legal advisor, but also an active participant in the legal community. She has presented at various seminars, written numerous articles, and co-authored several publications.
