We advised Elkdata OÜ on its sale progress

KPMG Deals and KPMG Law supported the sale process of the Estonian web hosting provider Elkdata OÜ, as a result of which the company operating under the Veebimajutus.ee brand will join the international digital services group, group.one. The completion of the transaction is planned for early 2026.

The transaction was advised by KPMG Law’s attorney Kaia Kuusler and Priit Pahapill, and KPMG’s financial advisors Taavi Pahapill and Johan Nestor.
