Samuel is a lawyer at KPMG Law, with main focus on company law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and employment law. He provides valuable assistance to the firm's attorneys in advising clients on various company and employment law matters. His daily tasks include drafting documents and handling issues related to company law, such as the establishing, dissolution and restructuring of companies and the powers of management bodies. Samuel is also experienced in dealing with a range of employment law issues, such as entering and terminating employment contracts, remuneration, compensation and benefits and board member contracts.
He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Tartu School of Law and is currently pursuing a master's degree. Samuel's previous two-month internship at KPMG Law allowed him to gain experience and familiarity with the law firm. Alongside his work and studies, Samuel has mastered his communication and negotiation skills through his participation in professional modelling activities. His experience working in international team has also been valuable in his legal work.
