In April this year we completed one of our biggest case, as KPMG Law corporate and M&A team advised Kayfoam Woolfson Unlimited Company in acquiring a majority shareholding in an Estonian company OÜ Uni Partners.
Kayfoam Woolfson Unlimited Company is an Irish company founded in 1899. It is a leading developer and manufacturer of foams, mattresses and mattress components in the Irish market and is selling its products internationally. The target OÜ Uni Partners is active in developing home textiles and bedding products.
KPMG Law advised Kayfoam Woolfson Unlimited Company in the whole process of acquiring the shareholding in OÜ Uni Partners, including in structuring and negotiating the transaction and preparing necessary documents.
The transaction was advised by KPMG Law’s Partner Karin Oras, Senior Associate Triin Antsov and Associate Kadri Kasepalu. "Very happy with the level of expertise, attention to detail and speedy responses", noted John Sexton, the CFO at Kayfoam Woolfson Unlimited Company as feedback for our team.
